Do I get a tracking number?
Absolutely! Once your jacket ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
How long does shipping take?
Each Say It in Denim jacket is made to order — we don’t mass produce.
Please allow 5–7 business days for production, followed by shipping time.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart— we recommend checking it carefully before placing your order.
If you're unsure,SIZE UP for a more relaxed fit — especially with jackets.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because our products are made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or wrong sizing.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly offer a replacement. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We begin production quickly, so if you need to cancel or edit your order, please email us within 6 hours of purchase.
After that window, your item may already be in production and changes may not be possible.
