She Speaks was born from a simple truth:

Being booked and busy doesn’t always mean you’re building freedom.

For a long time, I believed nonstop work was the price of success.
Full schedules. Long days. Constant movement.

Until I realized success shouldn’t feel like survival.

Behind this page is a 33-year-old woman from a small island who has been building her own businesses since she was 21.

I’ve always known how to work.
What I had to learn… was how to let systems work for me.

For years, I built income by showing up every single day —
trading time for money, pushing through exhaustion,
because that’s what “successful” women were supposed to do.

And yes — the work paid off.

I built a life I once prayed for.
I built my first home before 30.
I cleared my mom’s mortgage so she could retire.
I traveled the world.
I created opportunities that once felt impossible.

From the outside, it looked like success.

But behind the scenes?

I was tired.

Six days a week.
Ten clients a day.
Ten to eleven hours on my feet.

Then managing staff. Running the salon. Holding everything together.

I was booked.
I was busy.
And if I didn’t show up — the money stopped.

I remember thinking:
“I love what I do… but I don’t want this pace forever.”

I wasn’t afraid of hard work.
I was afraid of burning out in something I built myself.

Everything shifted when I launched my hair collection and learned how to run ads to my website.

What started as a small ponytail collection quickly grew.
Then one launch changed everything.

We sold out.

Not once.
Not twice.
But 100+ wigs every 4–6 weeks.

And I still do.

That moment rewired how I saw income.

I went from working six days a week
to three or four.

From ten clients a day
to five — max.

Now most days in the salon?
We’re laughing. Talking. Enjoying the work — not racing through it.

The business didn’t disappear.
It finally started supporting my life instead of running it.

That’s when I understood something deeper:

Freedom isn’t about quitting what you love.
It’s about building systems that give you room to breathe.

Systems and automation didn’t replace my skills —
they multiplied them.

I took what I already knew and turned it into digital products.

Over the years, I tested physical product suppliers, built collections, and learned what actually works. Instead of letting that knowledge sit, I created Her Vendor Vault — packaging real experience into something other women could use.

I was preparing to launch a brand on my island, but when tariffs and shipping costs skyrocketed, I had to pivot. So I invested in learning. I expanded my skills.

I built She Speaks Xoxo my AI faceless page with my ai bestie Kelly to create income streams that weren’t limited by location.

Sometimes the setback isn’t the end.
It’s the redirection.

She Speaks XOXO exists for women who feel that quiet pull for more.

More ease.
More intention.
More longevity.

You don’t need to start over.
You need smarter systems.

If you’re ready to build income that supports your life —
not consumes it —

You’re exactly where you’re meant to be 🤍
