Where do you ship?
We currently ship within USA ONLY wth FREE SHIPPING.
We're keeping it focused so we can provide the best experience, the fastest service, and the cleanest tracking — no guesswork.

When will I receive my order?
All items are made to order, which means we only begin production once your order is placed.
Production typically takes 5–7 business days, followed by shipping time based on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your item ships.
Can I order from outside those countries?
At this time, international orders outside the U.S are not supported.
We’re staying streamlined so we can deliver accurate, and trackable service where we serve best.

Because our products are made specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or wrong sizing.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly offer a replacement.

We begin production quickly, so if you need to cancel or edit your order, please email us within 6 hours of purchase.
After that window, your item may already be in production and changes may not be possible.
